Return Eligibility

Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.

Replacement Policy
If the product is defective or damaged, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

- Customers may be responsible for shipping charges in other return cases.

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video while opening the package. This helps us verify damage or missing item claims quickly.
